Overview
CS Cart is an android application makes your online store admin into your mobile. CS Cart Admin Application gives you almost all the information about your orders and shipments of your CS Cart store. You just need to create API key and Email id from your CS Cart store admin. You can connect to the app with this API key and Email id without any software installation between your Store and your android device. It is secure because no other software require and also easy to setup. You will get quick order notification into your mobile when new order placed.

Features

How to install and configure?
Login
- Step 1: Go to your CS Cart store admin. Click on Customers in main menu. Go to Administrators.
- Step 2: Click on ID or Name of admin to get API key.
- Step 3: Click on API access tab.
a. Check the checkbox (Yes, allow this user to use the API).
b. Get the API key and save the changes.
Now Download the CS Cart Admin Application from google play store and install it.

Login Page
Login page will be displayed when you open the application. Enter your store URL, Admin Email Id and API key. Then click on Save Settings button to go to dashboard.

Dashboard Page
After successfull authentication, Dashboard page will be displayed. By clicking orders/shipments tab, you can go through its listing.
Orders
- Orders section includes listing of orders, search and filter on time basis as well as using status.
- View orders with complete order details and also you can manage order.
- Add/View customer notes and send email of order details in pdf format.
Shipments
- Includes listing of shipments, search and filter using status.
- View shipment details and comments
- Email pdf of shipment details and Delete shipment from detail page.
There is an icon of settings (at the top right side). By clicking it, settings page will be displayed. You can change the app settings as per your requirements.

Order Listing Page
- This page shows order listing. By default last 24 hours orders will display.
- You can go back to dashboard page by clicking home icon .
- If you click on search icon then search popup will be open. You can search orders using order id, customer name, customer email address and date range.
- You can refresh the order listing by clicking refresh icon .
- You can filter orders by clicking the filter icon in this page. You can filter orders on time basis (For example, last 24 hrs orders, last 7 days orders etc.) and using status (For example, open, complete, canceled etc.).
- Here, the list of orders is displayed with order no, order date, customer name and order status.
- When you click on any order in list, you will be redirect to order detail page of that selected order.

Search Orders
- You can search orders by clicking order id, customer name, customer email address and date range.
- When you click on any search option, then you need to enter details which you want to search.


Filter Orders
- You can filter orders by its status like Open, Processed, Completed etc.
- When you click on any status option then dashboard page will only display orders of that selected status.

Order Detail Page
- Order detail page shows order details like billing and shipping information, payment information, ordered products, totals as well as customer and staff notes.
- Each detail has a separate section so you can see it very easily.
- Each product has displayed with its ordered/shipped quantity, price and subtotal. When you click on product name, a popup will be opened that will display product image/name and product code with product options.
- You can add/view customer notes and staff notes in this page.
- You can change order status by just clicking order status.
- By clicking shipment icon , you can create shipment. In shipment creation, you can also select the quantity for all ordered products.
- You can email order detail pdf to a different email address and also you can delete order from detail page.
- You can go back to listing page by clicking back icon.
- The steps for how to create shipment are explained below.




Create Shipment Page
- When you click on shipment icon , this page will open.
- You can select product quantity as well as shipping method and enter details like tracking number and comments of shipment. You can also select the order status to be changed after shipment creation.
- Then if you click on true icon , shipment will be created. If you click on close or back icon , you will go back to order listing page.

Shipment Listing Page
- This page shows shipment listing. By default all shipments will display.
- You can go back to dashboard page by clicking home icon .
- If you click on search icon then search popup will be open. You can search shipments using order id, shipment id and customer name.
- You can refresh the shipment listing by clicking refresh icon .
- You can filter shipment by clicking the filter icon in this page. You can filter shipments using status (For example, picked up, packed, shipped).
- Here, the list of shipments is displayed with shipment no, order no, shipment date, customer name and shipment status.
- When you click on any shipment from list, you will be redirect to shipment detail page of that selected shipment.


Shipment Detail Page
- Shipment detail page shows shipment details like billing and shipping information, payment information, shipped products as well as customer notes.

Settings Page
- When you click on settings icon then this page will open. All settings of this app are configured into this page.
- You can enable/disable notification from here.
- You can set time and sound settings for notification.
- By clicking Logout button (placed right side below), you can exit from the application.
