Introduction

Call For Price is a tool with a flexible option, you can effectively manage all the product price status by deciding which are display, which must be contacted to know the price. This is the way to build bridge between Merchants and Customers to communicate for Product Price and other details. The product that is enabled for call for the price could hide its price and Add to cart button and also add a button Call for price. The customer clicks the button to send inquiry to the merchant.

Show Call For Price Button on Store Frontend

Go to Admin >> Apps >> Call For Price >> How to Use it
Step-1: Download necessary files
- Click on the Download button and download the zip file.
- Then Connect to your store WebDAV server. You can check it here. Now, open content folder in WebDAV.
- Copy and paste the downloaded zip file in the content folder and extract it. You will see callforprice folder in your content folder.
Step-2: Now, Please check CallForPrice Script created in Your Script Manager. For it, Go to Admin >> Storefront >> Script Manager. If you did not find any script named CallForPrice Script or you deleted it by mistake, then Click on Re-install Scripts button. It will re-install Call for Price Application Script in your store. And if you found script then skip this step.
Step-3: Now, Again go to Admin >> Apps >> Call For Price >> How to Use it,
1) Click on Copy the Clipboard to get the shortcode for Displaying Call for Price button for Product listing.
Now, Go to My Themes and Paste Template Code in your Current Active Theme. From your Bigcommerce admin, click on Storefront >> My Themes and Select Advanced in your Current Active Theme. Click on Edit theme files. (** if Edit theme files option is not working then you can also go to Customize and then scroll down and click on Edit theme files).
Now, click on templates >> components >> products >> card.html. Paste the code where you want to show Call for Price Button.
2) Click on Copy the Clipboard and Go to card.html. Find the copied code in html file and Add class addtocartbtn in anchor element. Make sure to add the same class or id name which is written in Addtocart button selector in General Settings tab.
Step-4: Now, Again go to Admin >> Apps >> Call For Price >> How to Use it, Click on Copy the Clipboard to get the shortcode for Displaying Call for Price button for Product view detail page.
Now, Go to My themes >> Edit theme Files >> templates >> components >> products >> product-view.html. Paste the code where you want to show Call for Price Button.

General Settings

Go to Admin >> Apps >> Call For Price >> General Settings
From Here,
- You can enable/disable call for price app
- You can manage some general settings for call for price app

Price and Cart Button Settings

You can set Product view selector from your current store theme. It can be 'class-name' or 'id-name'. To view example, click the link displayed below the field.
You can show/hide Add to cart button and set Add to cart button selector from your current store theme. It can be 'class-name' or 'id-name'. To view example, click the link displayed below the field.
You can show/hide Price and set Price selector from your current store theme. It can be 'class-name' or 'id-name'. To view example, click the link displayed below the field. If you want to show add to cart button with call for price then you must show price with it, so these settings will be hidden.

Call for Price Button Settings

You can set button, text or image as Call for Price for your store.
You can change button text or other text with link. You can also upload image if you have selected Image option.
You can set some custom style for your button/text/image.

Logo Size For Email Template

You can set height and width of your store logo that will be displayed in Emails sent from call for price app.

Email Settings

You can set from email address, cc and bcc email address and other details to attach them with email sent from Call for Price app.
You can also use custom smtp authentication to send emails. That will prevent mails going to your customers' spam folder.
Please click on "Please note..." to read the instructions when you enable smtp.
You can also test your custom smtp settings. Please write send-to email address then click on Test SMTP Now.

Phone Number Settings

You can show/hide Phone number displayed with Call for Price.
You can set label and store phone number from here.

Call for Price Form Settings

You can set your custom call for price form field label as well as it's error message.
You can set required fields for call for price form.

Product Modifier File Type Option

If your call for price enabled products have upload file option, then you need to set these settings. Default file type/size settings will not work which are set while creating product. So you need to set common settings for your all products which have Upload File option.
You can set file size upto 20,000 KB.
You can set all/custom/specific file types for your enabled products.

reCAPTCHA Settings for Form

You can enable/disable reCAPTCHA for your call for price form.
Here, we are providing you two types of reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA v2 and v3 (invisible reCAPTCHA). You can enable one of both.
You need to create site-key and secret from Google Recaptcha. Then you can set them here to work reCAPTCHA properly.

Thank You Modal Settings

This modal will be displayed after submission of Call for Price form successfully.
You can set header and body text for modal.

Customer Inquiry

Go to Admin >> Apps >> Call For Price >> Customer Inquiry
From Here,
- You can manage all the inquiries sent by your customers. You can easily filter, export, delete, view and also reply to customer inquiries.
- You can filter customer inquiries by date, by customer name or email, by product name and also by inquiry status.
- You can export all customer inquiries or you can also export the selected inquiries.
- You can manage per page records and also filter with pagination.
- You can delete customer inquiries as per your selection.
- You can manage customer inquiry with its status like Pending, Viewed and Replied. In View Inquiry Popup, You can send reply to customers as per its inquiry.
- You will have history of email notifications for all customer inquiries and replies sent to them.

Manage Products

Go to Admin >> Apps >> Call For Price >> Manage Products
From Here,
- You can manage products to enable/disable them for Call for Price. Here, You can view Product details like Product name, sku, image and also Product Price. You can also view product directly on store front by just clicking on Product name.
- You can filter products with enabled or disabled status. You can also filter products by Product name or sku, by Product Category, by Product brand and also by Customer who sent the inquiries.
- You can enable/disable multiple products on a Single Click Or You can use toggle button set beside each product.
- You can view all inquiries sent by customers for a single Product by just clicking Go button in Grid.
- You can manage per page records and also filter with pagination.

Email Templates

Go to Admin >> Apps >> Call For Price >> Email Templates
From Here,
- You can manage email templates for all email notifications sent from our Call for Price app for your customers and store admin.
- Here, you need to set some variables listed below editor to display details in email notification. But if you have changed your store details like store url, store logo or store name, then you need to update these details by just clicking Update button in How to use tab. Then only you can have updated details in your email notifications.
- In reply email notication, you can choose whether you want to send reply to admin himself or not.

Update Store Details and Shortcode

Go to Admin >> Apps >> Call For Price >>How to Use It
If your store url, store name or store logo has been changed then you need to update it for call for price app from here. Click on Update Button and check the updated details. If your store url has been changed and after clicking on update button still the app is not working properly then you need to follow above Step-2 again to make the app working properly.

Call for Price App in Your Store Front

You can display Call for Price in Your store Home page, Category Page, Product View detail page.
After Clicking the Call for Price button form will be displayed as shown in below image.

Uninstall App

There are three things that have to be done manually in your store admin:

Uninstall the app from admin section.
1. Go to Apps > My Apps

2. Click Uninstall.

3. The app will be removed from the My Apps section of the App Marketplace and the Apps bar in your Control Panel.
Remove our application code and files from your store.
Step-1:  Remove "callforprice" folder from your store's WebDAV section content folder.

Step-2:  You need to find following code in Admin >> Storefront >> Edit Theme Files >> templates >> components >> common >> header.html and remove it.

Step-3:  You need to find following code in Admin >> Storefront >> Edit Theme Files >> templates >> components >> products >> card.html, product-view.html and remove it. If you were using theme that has displayed Products as List view then you need to remove shortcode from list-view.html.
If you Uninstall our Call For Price App after Subscribing in PayPal then you must follow below steps:
Step-1:  Login to your PayPal Account.

Step-2:  Go to  Settings.

Step-3:  Click Payments.

Step-4:  Under "Preapproved payments", click Manage preapproved payments.

Step-5:  Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.

Step-6:  Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
